There are absolutely no words that can precisely convey how deeply saddened we are as a CCA community to learn of the loss of a former student, and I know how painful it is for you to read and absorb this news. However, the CCA family is strong, and I urge you to hold your friends and loved ones close.
In the coming days, please let us know how we can comfort you. Many are here for you and for your friends. Talk to a trusted staff member, your teachers, or a mentor. Share your feelings and reach out to each other with compassion.
Tomorrow 2/25/2019, we will be offering counseling and support for any student and staff that needs it. During P1, our Support Team will visit each classroom at 7:15am and make a brief presentation. The Support Team will be available throughout the day and week.
Now and always, CCA stands with you. Let us help at this time and/or go to anyone else you can trust to let us know how we can support you. Resources include:
We will also have a $2 dress down. All funds will go out to the family.
